At present, the product that can replace coal by deep processing of combustible waste as raw materials is called "alternative fuel (RDF stands for Refuse Derived Fuel)". This fuel has been widely used in industries (cement kiln co-disposal, etc.) and urban heating, electricity and other fields. The process of preparing RDF generally includes the following steps: sorting, crushing, and forming. The specific process is as follows:

The material grabber or manual puts industrial waste (leather, cloth, plastic, etc.) into the feed belt conveyor, which transports the industrial waste to the double-shaft shearing crusher for primary crushing (shearing, crushing, tearing). The materials after primary crushing are ironed by a self-unloading iron remover. After iron removal, they are transported to the third-generation European fine crusher for secondary crushing. The materials after secondary crushing can be transported to the RDF molding machine to prepare RDF alternative fuels, or transported to the hydraulic baler for packaging, and can be collected and transported to the cement plant for cement kiln co-disposal.
